Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a safe classroom environment and curriculum.
• Supervise children during play and structured activities.
• Communicate with parents daily about progress and needs.
• Assist in conducting assessments using Teaching Strategies Gold.
• Maintain classroom records per licensing and NAEYC requirements.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training.
• Maintain IPDP and classroom portfolios.
• Ensure proper student/teacher ratios at all times.
