Infant Teacher Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, responsive care for infants
• Maintain a safe and loving classroom environment
• Follow daily schedules and implement planned activities
• Track feedings, diaper changes, and developmental milestones
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization

Floater Responsibilities

• Support multiple classrooms as needed
• Assist lead teachers with planned activities
• Supervise children at all times
• Help with transitions, meals, outdoor play, and cleaning
• Maintain flexibility and a positive attitude
