Job summary

The Learning Experience in Marietta is seeking a Center Floater to join our team. You will float between infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms, supporting teachers and helping the center run smoothly throughout the day.

You will provide caring, engaging supervision for young children, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, welcoming learning environment. This role offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities to positively impact children’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive care for children from 6 weeks through preschool
• Float between classrooms and assist teachers as needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, welcoming classroom environment
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, music, movement, and learning
• Support daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, nap time, transitions, and outdoor play
