Job summary

The Goddard School in Charlestown is seeking certified Infant Teachers to lead classrooms for babies and toddlers. You’ll plan activities, coordinate with co-teachers, and engage families through our app and in-person conversations.

Qualifications

• Certified by MA EEC for Infant/Toddler.
• 1+ year experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Knowledge of child safety and first-aid protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and move safely in a classroom.
• Willing to work any required 9-hour shift between 7AM–6PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily class operations with co-teaching teams.
• Plan and evaluate engaging activities for infants and toddlers.
• Communicate with families via app and in-person meetings.
• Provide ongoing training and career growth opportunities.
