Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare, preschool, or early education setting.

  • Ability to create and deliver engaging curriculum.
  • Solid knowledge of early childhood development, age‑appropriate teaching methods, and best practices.
  • Ability to create and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) but will get you certified if need be.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress.
  • Monitor, document, and assess each child’s progress, using observation and assessment tools, and provide detailed feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, well‑rounded educational program.
  • Use effective classroom management and positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviors.
  • Offer individualized attention to children who may require additional support or early intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, development milestones, and progress reports.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with parents or guardians to discuss their child’s growth, milestones, and any concerns.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Your role will involve implementing an age‑appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a love for learning and exploration in toddlers. Must have infant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement dynamic, engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum
  • Provide a variety of interactive and hands‑on learning experiences through play, storytelling, sensory activities, arts and crafts, music, movement, and more
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected
