Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
  1. Classroom Leadership: Create a stimulating, welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.

  4. Parent Communication: Keep families informed about their child's progress through various channels.

  6. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with families and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Meets state-specific guidelines; High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred; INS certification required.
  • Experience: Experience in childcare with leadership roles; passionate about early childhood education.
  • Compliance: Meets state and federal guidelines, including health and safety training.
  • Caregiving Skills: Ability to identify risks, meet children's needs, model social skills, and engage children in activities.
  • Physical Resilience: Ability to perform physical tasks, work outdoors in varying temperatures, and maintain alertness.
