Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Education: Meets state-specific guidelines; High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred; INS certification required.
- Experience: Experience in childcare with leadership roles; passionate about early childhood education.
- Compliance: Meets state and federal guidelines, including health and safety training.
- Caregiving Skills: Ability to identify risks, meet children's needs, model social skills, and engage children in activities.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to perform physical tasks, work outdoors in varying temperatures, and maintain alertness.
