Qualifications

• Minimum de 6 mois d'expérience professionnelle en enseignement préférée.
• Certification CPR et First Aid souhaitée.
• Doit respecter les directives spécifiques de l'État pour le rôle.

Responsibilities

• Créer un espace de classe accueillant et engageant pour les jeunes enfants.
• Mettre en œuvre notre programme curriculum L.E.A.P. adapté aux besoins de chaque enfant.
• Communiquer régulièrement avec les parents sur les progrès des enfants.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
2. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
3. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children, tailored to each child's needs.
4. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
5. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
6. Support your center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
7. Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; college ECE coursework highly preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
