Our Teachers:

1. Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
2. Instill a love for learning and exploration by utilizing our proprietary L.E.A.P Curriculum, which serves as the framework for creating and developing engaging lessons.
3. Communicate with parents daily, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
4. Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
5. Ensure the safety and security of each child.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
2. At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
3. High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
5. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
6. Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
