A Step Ahead Child Care Centers in Omaha, NE seeks a Lead Infant Teacher to nurture and guide infants and possibly older infants. You will plan age-appropriate lessons, connect with children, and promote a collaborative, respectful team environment, fostering growth and quality teaching.

As part of your Lead Infant Teacher position (which you probably already know.. ) you will spend your days nurturing and encouraging the children in your care, which may include younger or older infants. As part of the role, you will have the responsibility to:

• Plan lessons that are inspired by the interests and developmental needs of the children in your classroom.
• Get to know the children on their level, giving guidance, support, words of encouragement, and smiles.
• Support your fellow teachers and create a professional environment of mutual respect.
