Job summary

Primrose School of Bolingbrook is seeking an Infant Teacher to nurture and educate our youngest learners on-site. You will implement ready-made lesson plans, maintain a safe classroom, and build strong relationships with families and staff.

We offer a balanced learning curriculum, competitive pay and benefits, and a welcoming environment with leadership invested in your growth. Salary ranges from $15.00 to $21.00 per hour, with higher rates for teacher-qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education OR 30 college credits with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education with one year experience OR equivalent certification (CDA). Associate Degree or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred
• Minimum 1 Year of previous classroom teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Ensure a safe and clean learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community

Education

Salary Range: $15.00 -$21.00 per hour (Teacher Qualified Candidates - $17.00 to $21.00 per hour; Non Teacher Qualified Candidates - $15.00 - $16.50 per hour)
