Job summary

Primrose School of Bolingbrook is seeking an Infant Teacher to guide early development in a nurturing, joyful classroom setting. You will work with families and provide developmentally appropriate lessons using our digital platform to support infants’ growth.

The role emphasizes strong communication, classroom management, and a caring approach. On-site position with structured growth opportunities and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education or 30 credits with at least 6 in Early Childhood Education plus one year experience (CDA acceptable).
• Associate Degree or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of previous classroom teaching in a licensed early childhood program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans created for you.
• Ensure a safe and clean learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.

Salary Range

$15.00 -$21.00 per hour (Teacher Qualified Candidates - $17.00 to $21.00 per hour; Non Teacher Qualified Candidates - $15.00 - $16.50 per hour)
