Upper Providence Academy in Oaks, PA is seeking a warm, nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to support infants’ development in a licensed childcare setting, with emphasis on safety and family communication.

The ideal candidate has infant experience, knowledge of development, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. We value a caring, dependable approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Prior experience with infants in childcare or early learning setting.
• Knowledge of infant development and PA childcare regulations.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants in a licensed childcare setting.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Maintain consistent daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules.
• Communicate regularly and openly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress.
• Observe and document infant milestones and developmental progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support a positive early learning community.
