Job summary

Little Sprouts Learning Center, Inc. seeks a dedicated Infant Room Teacher to provide nurturing care for babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months in a developmentally appropriate setting.

You will support early learning through responsive caregiving, follow licensing regulations, collaborate with a teaching team, and communicate effectively with families to promote a safe, warm, and educational environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of infant development, routines, and responsive caregiving.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with a teaching team.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check
• CPR & First Aid Certification (current)
• Medication Administration (MAT) Certification (current)
• Previous experience in licensed childcare with infants (6 weeks-18 months)

Little Sprouts Learning Center, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), board-run early childhood organization seeking a qualified, nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our growing team. This position works with infants ages 6 weeks-18 months in a warm, developmentally appropriate, and relationship-based learning environment.
