Qualifications

• Lead Teacher qualifications as outlined by state requirements for early childhood supervision.
• Bachelor degree in ECE or equivalent with required child development coursework and supervised hours.
• Alternative credentials or combinations meeting supervision hours are acceptable per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor welfare, health, and safety of all children and report to the Director.
• Ensure safety through constant supervision, proper space, and regular fire drills.
• Maintain warm, supportive interactions with children and respond to needs promptly.
