Responsibilities

• Monitor welfare, health, and safety of all children and report to the Director.
• Ensure safety through supervision, space arrangement, and drills.
• Greet and communicate with parents daily and share timely information.
• Lead classroom activities, implement engaging curriculum, and support development.
• Apply Conscious Discipline practices daily with teamwork from Directors and teachers.
