Small Miracles Academy - Richardson Campus is seeking an energetic Part Time Daycare Caregiver to join our team. You will care for infants as part of a collaborative group, providing nurturing and creative engagement.

The role requires feeding, diapering, and guiding development activities while communicating with parents about their child’s progress. Hours are 12-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider desired but not required.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Caring for infants including feeding, changing and engaging in developmental activities.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities and development.
