Job summary

Small Miracles Academy in Richardson, TX is seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher to nurture children’s growth and education in a warm, no-weekend environment. The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate activities, communication with parents, and ongoing evaluation of milestones.

The position operates 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in our Pre-K classroom. Prior experience is welcomed but not required, with Texas Rising Star certification noted as a strength for applicants.

We are seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team! The quality of our care has resulted in being Texas Rising Star Certified! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. Responsibilities:

• Execute learning and activities that are developmentally appropriate
• Execute a daily and weekly lesson plan (as applicable)
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities

We have a position available in our Pre-K classroom. Our operation hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Monday thru Friday. Closed on holidays. 12 Paid Holidays each year.

• Schedule is 8:30 am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.
