Job summary

Small Miracles Academy - Richardson Campus is seeking an energetic Daycare Teacher for our Pre-K classroom in Richardson, TX. The role involves nurturing children's growth, executing developmentally appropriate activities, and communicating regularly with parents.

Schedule is 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with operation hours from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is welcomed but not required.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Patient, kind, and nurturing disposition.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute learning and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Execute a daily and weekly lesson plan (as applicable).
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
• Evaluate children to ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate with parents and update them on children’s activities.
• We have a position available in our Pre-K classroom. Our operation hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Monday thru Friday. Closed on holidays. 12 Paid Holidays each year.
