Job summary

New Horizon Academy Crystal is seeking an energetic Childcare Teacher to join our Minnesota classrooms, including Infants and Preschool, as well as a Float position. The role requires about 40 hours per week and values reliability, enthusiasm for early childhood education, and teamwork.

We offer competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.50 to $26.65, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus. No formal childcare experience is required, though it is preferred; dedication to children’s learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and have positive work ethic.
• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits to qualify as an Assistant Teacher under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work full-time (about 40 hours/week).
• Have a passion for working with children!
• Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Must meet state qualifications for listed position.
• Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
