Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Rosemount, MN is seeking Childcare Teachers to join our school family in a full-time role, Monday through Friday. Applicants must meet MN Rule 3 qualifications and be ready to educate and support young children in a nurturing environment.

We offer a $2000 hiring bonus eligibility and a competitive wage range from $20.55 to $25.30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth as an educator within our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.
• Maintain a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
• Willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoy working with children.
