Responsibilities

• Prepares and delivers infant formulas and breast milk as ordered.
• Maintains inventory of infant feeding room stock.
• Maintains sanitation in formula room area.
• Follows guidelines for formula preparations per professional standards.
• Communicates with dietitians, nurses, clerks, and families.
• Adheres to HIPAA and OSHA/Safety Regulations.
• Supports Patient and Family Centered Care.
