Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience working with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• High school diploma required; ECE degree preferred.
• CDA certification preferred.

• Implement age-appropriate lessons using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, positive communication with families about progress.
• Uphold health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities.
• Support Assistant and Resource Teachers in a collaborative team.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional growth.
