The Goddard School in Ohio is seeking a Lead Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. You will plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, nurture curiosity, and maintain a warm, safe classroom environment.

Work with families daily, collaborate with fellow educators and leadership, and pursue ongoing professional growth through CEUs and credential opportunities in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA credential.
• 1–2 years of classroom experience preferred.
• State-required pre-service training preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Must meet all background check requirements.
