The Learning Experience - South Lyon Area in Michigan is seeking an Infant Lead Teacher to lead our infant classroom and support early milestones. The role emphasizes responsive care, individualized routines, and engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Infant classroom experience strongly preferred.
• CDA or ECE credential preferred.
• Must meet Michigan Lead Caregiver requirements.
• Nurturing, dependable, patient, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging Infant classroom.
• Provide individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and daily care routines.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences.
• Support physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development.
• Follow safe sleep, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Observe developmental milestones and maintain classroom documentation.
• Build trusting relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers.
• Maintain Michigan childcare licensing standards.
