The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. You will implement our L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters and build strong relationships with families and colleagues to support a dynamic classroom where play and learning thrive.

Qualifications

• Have genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning and play.
• Communicate with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions.
