The Goddard School - Spring 3 Harmony is seeking a dedicated New Infant Lead Teacher. You will help implement our comprehensive educational program and support each child’s growth from infancy, while ensuring a safe, nurturing classroom.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging daily lessons, promoting intellectual, social, and physical development, guiding emotional growth with positive behavior support, maintaining clear family communication, and collaborating with a professional teaching

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of lead teacher experience preferred.
Quality experience is a must to take care of our babies!

Responsibilities

Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
Executing lessons plans
Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
Working as a team
Responding to all children’s needs
Maintaining professional commitment
