- Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance
- Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
- Executing lessons plans
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
- Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
- Working as a team
- Responding to all children's needs
