Lead teachers coordinate daily operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities, and work directly with children and parents to provide quality service.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Capacity to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; specific requirements for Infant and Toddler teachers.
• Background check eligibility.
