Job Description

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated, and caring individuals for a full-time teaching position in our Older Infant program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classrooms, a half-court gym, gross motor room, and three separate playgrounds.

Job requirements include following state and Goddard regulations, successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, assisting lead teachers in implementing lesson plans in academic and enrichment areas, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidates should be able to lift 20 pounds, sustain a high level of activity, bend, stoop, and sit on the floor. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a center or group setting. All candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, a strong work ethic, positive energy, and enthusiasm for early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service is required.
