Description

Join Learning Grove, a leading nonprofit early childhood education provider serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. Our high-quality, home-like classrooms nurture children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across all domains—intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language.

Guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, you’ll work collaboratively with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.

Qualifications

  • CDA required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships
