Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. in Menifee, CA is seeking an Infant Development Specialist to support children aged 0-3. You will create developmentally appropriate curriculum, foster social-emotional growth, and build strong relationships with families while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

This full-time on-site role requires teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and delivering regular progress reports to families. Shift is 6:30 am–3:30 pm, with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 units in child development and 16 general ed units, plus 3 Infant/Toddler units.
• AA degree in ECE, CD, or related field from an accredited college.
• BA degree in ECE, CD, or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Teacher permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
• Infant/Toddler (0-3) specialization units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants/toddlers ages 0-3.
• Support development and family relationships; ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise infants/toddlers and maintain safe environment.
• Provide daily progress reports to families detailing developmental milestones.
