The role focuses on respectful practices, developmentally appropriate activities, and family engagement, ensuring continuity of care as children move toward preschool. You will create enriching learning environments, document milestones, and collaborate with a team to provide high-quality childcare in a safe, culturally responsive setting.

Qualifications

• Infant Development Specialists must meet center education requirements.
• Experience with infants/toddlers ages 0-3 preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Bilingual ability may be required per center.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants/toddlers.
• Provide small group experiences connected to developmental milestones.
• Follow safety, supervision, and healthy habit guidelines at all times.
• Document child progress and share with families regularly.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high quality programs.
