Job summary

Qualifications

• 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education including coursework in child development, curriculum, and family/community.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ECE coursework or credentials (CDA, associate or bachelor’s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants.
• Plan and facilitate arts, crafts, games, outdoor play, and hands-on experiences.
• Provide attentive supervision during classroom activities, meals, and transitions.
• Support infants with feeding, sleeping, and personal-care routines.
• Encourage language development, social-emotional growth, and independence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leaders for a consistent student experience.
• Communicate professionally with families about classroom activities and development.
• Follow licensing requirements related to health, safety, and supervision.
