Job summary

The Learning Experience - Burleson is seeking passionate teachers to create a nurturing learning environment for children. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teachers, managing classrooms, and implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

Candidates should possess at least a GED and prefer an associate degree in early childhood education. The position offers full-time hours with benefits including health, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred, at least 6 months required.
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Responsible for overall classroom management.
• Implement proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
