Bright Horizons in Andover, MA is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support early education programs in classrooms for infants and young children. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with hands-on activities and strong parent communication within a center network.

The position requires background checks, 18+ years old, and relevant education or experience in child care; CDA/AA/BA in early education are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations.
