The Malvern School is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at The Malvern School of West Norriton. This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

You will support a superior Early Childhood Education program, maintain a safe and educational environment, and communicate regularly with parents using in-person and digital tools. Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2,500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
