Job summary

The Malvern School is hiring an Assistant Teacher for the Infant classroom at Marlboro. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, with a focus on building a strong, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include supporting the program, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and communicating with parents to meet expectations. A HS diploma and relevant child-care experience or CDA/credits are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 18+ years old.
• At least 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 college credits (or CDA) with 1250 hours of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing a superior Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology.
