Job summary

Haven Montessori School in Flagstaff is seeking a classroom assistant for our infant class. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with immediate start. The role supports early education in a rich, nurturing environment that fosters exploration and independence.

Applicants should be positive with a background in infant care. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but 2 years of higher education will be considered.

Job description

Haven Montessori School seeks a classroom assistant for our infant class. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm to begin immediately. At Haven Montessori we strive to provide a rich and nurturing environment for our infants which inspires exploration and provides pathways to independence.Applicant must be a positive person with similar expectations in education, leadership qualities, ability to multi-task, dependability and a sense of humor! Qualifications include experience caring for infants, a Bachelor’s Degree preferably, but will consider at least 2 years experience in higher education for the right person, and a commitment for the entire school year.

We offer competitive pay at $19.00/hour. Children of full-time employees receive priority enrollment as well as a 50% tuition discount.
