Job summary

Berwyn Early Learning Academy is hiring an Infant Assistant to support lead teachers in daily activities and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for infants. You will help implement developmentally appropriate experiences and build strong relationships with families and coworkers.

The role requires a High School Diploma and excellent communication, with a focus on organization and multitasking. PTO begins on day one, with flexible schedules and childcare discounts available to team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of childcare experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
