The Goddard School - Spring 3 Harmony in Spring, TX is seeking an Infant Assistant Teacher to support our educational program and care for babies. You will help advance developmental milestones, provide positive guidance, and work with a team to implement lesson plans in a supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean space, fostering family relationships, and ensuring adherence to Cognia and Texas childcare licensing standards while enjoying a rewarding

• Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
• Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
• Working as a team to execute lesson plans
• Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
• Responding to all children’s needs and sustaining professional commitment
• Having fun working with children

Job description

Compensation

New Infant Assistant Teachers generally earn between $14 and $16 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.
