Job summary

The Goddard School of Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a dedicated Teacher to oversee lesson development and ensure compliance with high-quality standards. You will create engaging classroom environments and foster children’s love for learning through tailored activities and effective communication with parents.

The ideal candidate should have a degree (BA/BS preferred), a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Certifications in SIDS, CPR, and First Aid are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed center.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• SIDS, CPR and First Aid certifications.

Job Requirements

The Teacher will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Lead & Assistant Teachers will implement Goddard's Wonder of learning curriculum based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

Teacher Qualifications
