Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. The general duties include:

• Assisting in the implementation of a high-quality Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
• Communicating regularly with parents, both in person and through technology, to meet or exceed parent expectations.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2,500 hours (approximately 1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1,250 hours (8 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.
• Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) or a degree in the field.
