Job summary

The Goddard School in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an experienced Assistant Teacher for a full-time role from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The position primarily serves the infant classroom with some support for the one-year-old program during the day.

Ideal candidates have experience with infants and young toddlers and are passionate about early childhood education. We offer a supportive team, a safe learning environment, and opportunities for growth within our Goddard Schools system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in handling children. Infant care lifting needs.
• Experience with infants and toddlers is valued.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Teacher to join our team today. This position is full-time from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and works primarily with the infant classroom, with time spent supporting the one-year-old program at key points throughout the day.
