Kiddie Academy of Cranberry Township is seeking energetic, dedicated teachers to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA. You will engage with toddlers, implement lessons, and track progress while maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom.

Starting wage is $17.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience and degree, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a caring, family-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Degree in early childhood education preferred.
• 1-2 years of documented childcare/classroom experience if no degree.
• U.S. work authorization

Responsabilidades

• Assists and supervises children during ALL activities.
• Follows bottle and diapering schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Formação académica

Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field

Degree in early childhood education preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with toddler age children in a childcare or daycare setting (2 year)
• Associate or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices
• Strong understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere
