THE PRACTICE:

This role will be part of our Manufacturing & Operations practice, specifically within the Production & Operations capability.

Manufacturing & Operations professionals help clients achieve digital transformation across manufacturing and operational assets throughout their lifecycle, unlocking efficiency and effectiveness through domain expertise in consulting and technology.

Digital Production & Operations Systems Engineers focus on Manufacturing Modernization, specializing in Execution systems (MES/MOM), Automation, and Plant data models.

YOU ARE:

An ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist eager for new challenges. As industries move towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stands at the core of manufacturing excellence.

THE WORK:

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Design, author, develop, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configurations and validate EBRs.
• Oversee complex MES systems development.
• Work closely with management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Partner with clients and delivery teams for appropriate solutions.
• Manage and direct team activities related to these tasks.
• Analyze business information needs and ensure solutions meet those needs.
• Gather user requirements related to manufacturing activities control and recording.
• Respond to client proposal requests.
• Manage and develop client relationships.
• Participate in global system implementations.
• Manage small to medium teams and projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel may be required; travel amount varies based on business needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• At least 1 year of experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS) MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.
• Experience with software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow-up on action items.
