Job summary

ECI Software Solutions, Inc. seeks an Industry Product Director for its Field Service vertical. The role owns industry strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and the commercial priorities to drive adoption and durable differentiation across the portfolio.

Reporting to the Vertical PM Leader, you will lead PM Builders, manage a cross-functional team, and shape pricing, packaging, and market feedback loops with executive visibility and authority.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in product, industry solutions, general management, or portfolio leadership in software or SaaS, with a Bachelor's; or 8 years with a Master's; or equivalent.
• Proven track record owning industry strategy and P&L outcomes with executive credibility.
• Recognised internally as the go-to voice on the vertical and able to coordinate across product, GTM, delivery, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Define the industry strategy and growth thesis.
• Own the integrated roadmap across a major industry, aligning investments to business impact.
• Shape packaging and positioning, pricing, and commercial-play strategy across the industry.
