Position Overview:

Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP S/4 HANA Consultant to lead large global SAP transformation programs. You will be a key player in the consulting team, helping discover and define problems, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations. Your responsibilities include creating detailed design and architecture, implementing solutions, and supporting knowledge transfer to provide value-added consulting solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 13 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
• Authorization to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no sponsorship provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Process Consulting, architecture, and process detailing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end process architecture, especially in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing, from an SAP perspective.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and tools like LeanIX.
• Expertise in SAP-related technologies: Cloud, Hybrid, BTP, AI, Cloud ALM, Integrations.
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics offerings, BW modernization, and data solutions.
• Leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformations, including adoption roadmaps and client assessments.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA large transformation programs.
• Strong communication, team management, and proposal development skills.
• Certifications such as S/4HANA, Scrum Master/Agile Coach, PMP are advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate offshore and onsite teams, with flexible working hours.

Compensation: For CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN: $118,000 - $174,000; Washington DC: $119,500 - $155,000.
