What is the role about?

The National Industry Marketing Manager develops the go-to-market strategy for their industry, working with leaders and specialists to enhance the Endress+Hauser brand. This role involves advocating for the industry, staying informed on market trends, competition, pricing, and product needs, while building networks, traveling to key locations, and training local teams on application-focused approaches. It aims to deepen understanding of customer processes and showcase our industry-specific value propositions.

Which tasks will you perform?
  • Drive market share growth by developing and executing an industry-specific plan.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish a 3-5 year business roadmap, aligning on objectives and implementing annual action plans.
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and industry partners for long-term engagement.
  • Develop and promote the industry value proposition to ensure differentiation and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor long-term market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments, contributing to the global industry network.
  • Provide strategic insights and translate vision into actionable outcomes to support business success.
What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
  • At least 3 years of control instrumentation experience in the Mining, Minerals, and Metals Industry.
  • Required travel: 30-50%, mainly within the US (some international).

You may have (preferred):

  • Experience in sales or marketing with direct customer engagement, preferably in industrial sales within the industry.
  • Background in strategic marketing and customer development.
  • Customer-focused decision-making, understanding needs, initiating solutions, and integrating feedback.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and pride in work with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

The estimated salary range for this role is $121,600 to $187,300 annually, depending on education, skills, and experience.
