The Industry Executive - Community Financial Institutions role is a hunter sales position focused on driving new business and revenue growth within Community Financial Institutions, leveraging consultative selling and strong relationship management. It is responsible for prospecting and selling solutions to credit unions and regional banks, with a strong emphasis on greenfield client acquisition, cross-sell opportunities, and advancing strategic growth initiatives. This role will report to the Sales Director of Industry Executives - Community Financial Institutions. This is a remote position which may require occasional in‑person attendance at work‑related events at the discretion of management.
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
