Responsibilities include managing employer engagement, coordinating with advisers and leadership, and improving processes across recruiting and academic affairs to boost outcomes for undergraduate and graduate students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment, placement, and engagement data to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with advisers, chairs, and leadership to align outreach with priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment and career placement initiatives to strengthen pipelines and outcomes.
  • Analyze recruitment, placement, and engagement data to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with academic advisers, program chairs, and leadership to align outreach strategies with priorities.
  • Serve as EME’s representative to EMS Admissions and Career Services for coordinated recruitment.
  • Build and sustain relationships with industry partners to expand internships, co-ops, and full-time opportunities.
  • Oversee recruiting infrastructure including Nittany Lion Careers, info sessions, and interview programs.
